2. Service Description

FluxPoster provides AI-powered content generation services for agencies and brands, including but not limited to: content generation, translation, SEO optimization, knowledge base integration, and WordPress publishing.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per agency; sharing credentials is prohibited
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Generate content that violates laws or infringes copyrights
  • Use the service to create harmful, misleading, or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access our AI models
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload our systems

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Usage limits are enforced per plan tier

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated by FluxPoster belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the service. Our platform, code, and AI models remain our intellectual property.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact support within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

FluxPoster is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
